LEAP project
During the summer term, our year 6’s are taking part in the LEAP project. The LEAP project provides peer-to-peer support to improve the wellbeing of students during their transition from primary school to secondary school.
On Wednesday 22nd May, year 8 pupils from The Lowry Academy came to our school for their first visit. This session was for the year 8’s to do some research about their worries, concerns, excitements and questions regarding their move to high school. They all had a great time getting to know each other and doing their research.
