LO: To know how to identify healthy and unhealthy food and suggest ways to improve my diet.
Your task is to plan your meals for one day, this will be breakfast, dinner and tea.
You can use the pictures for guidance below and draw what you are going to eat or get creative!
Make your breakfast, dinner and tea (with permission and help from an adult) and take pictures or using a range of materials make your meals on paper plates showing what you will have.
Remember to think about healthy choices and the occasional treat!
