Hi everyone at St Paul’s, Mr Parkinson here, I just want to say how much I miss you all and hoping everyone is staying safe and well. I have attached a few links for you to work over the holidays, to keep your mind and body, happy and healthy. Have a look at some of these different routines and make sure you exercise at least once a day. Make sure you try and include your adults in your work and have fun!
