During European Languages day, we took part in a house art competition.
As we were studying Spain all day, we decided to create art in the style of Antoni Gaudi.
Gaudi was a famous architect who was born in Catalonia in 1852.
He spent a great deal of his time outdoors and this influenced his work.
His most famous project was to build a cathedral in Barcelona called 'Basilica I Temple Expiatori de la Sagrada Familia'. Amazingly, it is still being built to this day.
We followed his style and created our own animal or landscape pictures with a colourful mosaic design. Here are some pictures of us at work.
I wonder who will win points for their house.
