Harrop Fold will be sending a letter out to you with guidance about their contact details, any Covid-19 updates that may be relevant to you and to tell you about their new transition area on their website.

They will be planning some virtual transition visits between St. Paul's and Harrop Fold towards the end of June and the first week in July.

You will also receive a booklet containing transition activities that you can complete before September.
