Plants 

In our topic of plants, we will:

• name the different parts of the plants and their functions. 
• know that plants need certain conditions to survive and grow. 
• know that plants reproduce in different ways and are adapted to this. 
• know that seeds can be dispersed in a range of different ways. 
• know that water is transported from the roots, up through the stem and to the leaves.
